GIO-LITE Processing <9904 series,
9905 series>
|
- GIO-LITE products' performance will vary depending upon actual
use, exposure conditions & maintenance.
- Users should test reflective material to satisfy their
products' requirements.
- When two or more pieces of GIO-LITE products are used together
on a single surface or as a set, they should be matched to ensure
uniform day time by color and to check low light reflectivity at night.

<9904 series>
|
- Cutting : Can be hand-cut or guillotined but Die-cutting is recommended.
- Sewing : 12 stitches per inch or 4 stitches per cm. Stitches not
less than 2mm from the
edge.

<9905 series>
|
- Cutting : Can be hand-cut, guillotined or CAD plotted-cut but Die-cutting
is recommended.
- Heat Transfer :
1. Work on a flat surface
2. Avoid applying film over seams & stitches. - Working conditions(for
heat press transfer) :
1. Temperature : 130 กษ~ 160 กษ
2. Dwell Time : 5 ~ 15 seconds
3. Pressure : 30 ~ 40 psi line pressure

| (The proper conditions must be tested for each fabric to assure
adequate adhesion.)
_ Note : Nylons and water repellent fabrics are
difficult for adhension and are not recommended.
